Currently, Randy writes for a trade magazine focused on the stateside commercial real estate financial market. His reporting expertise includes analysis of real estate lending by private credit managers, allocation movements by global institutional investors, and specialized financing programs for affordable housing and green investments such as C-PACE. Prior to this, he covered the traditional asset management industry for a separate financial markets trade magazine. His focus there included analysis of the world’s largest asset managers, development and maintenance of exchange-traded funds, and ESG investment activities by institutional allocators and managers.
